What are the opening hours of the Aquarium of the Pacific?
A:The Aquarium is open every day except Dec. 25th. Hours are 9 am to 6 pm Mon-Thur and 9 am to 8 pm Fri-Sun.

Is there parking available at the Aquarium of the Pacific?
A:The parking structure for the Aquarium is steps away on the water side of Shoreline Drive between Chestnut Place and Aquarium Way. The fee is $8.00 for the day with Aquarium validation.
Can I take public transportation to the Aquarium of the Pacific?
A:The Aquarium is located half a mile from the Transit Mall in downtown Long Beach which makes for a 10 minute downhill walk to the Aquarium from the Blue line and major bus lines. Alternatively, you may take Long Beach Transit’s FREE Passport bus.
How can I get from the Transit Mall to the Aquarium?
A:From the Transit Mall at Pine and 1st St, head South on Pine Ave. (towards the water) Turn right at The Paseo. Turn left at Aquarium Way.
Are food/drink available in the Aquarium?
A:Café Scuba, serving a variety of sandwiches, salads, burgers, pizza, and more, provides a relaxed atmosphere overlooking the Seals & Sea Lions exhibit. (Food/drink are not included in admission.)

Can I participate in animal encounters in the Aquarium of the Pacific?
A:Animal Encounters with Sharks & Rays, Seals & Sea Lions, Penguins, or Feathered Friends are available for an add'l fee. Encounters require a 48-hour advance reservation. Please call the Aquarium at the phone number on your ticket for more details.
Can I participate in feeding the animals at the Aquarium of the Pacific?
A:Yes - You can feed brine shrimp to the Moon Jellys or feed nectar to the Lorikeets in the Lorikeet Forest. There is a nominal fee for each feeding experience.

A:The Aquarium of the Pacific and its exhibits are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchairs are available for check out free of charge at the Information Desk.
